Empowering Lives, One Child at a Time.

Compassion Network

Welcome to Compassion Network, where music meets purpose. Founded by Shiva Karan and Gita Kritika Singh, we are driven by a deep commitment to transforming the lives of children with disabilities in Fiji. Our mission, powered by the Shivas Regal Project—a group of talented musicians—is to use the universal language of music to raise awareness, funds, and hope for these vulnerable children. Join us in making a lasting impact, one note at a time, one child at a time.

Our Purpose

A deep-seated commitment to service sits at the core of our lives. This commitment is born from the values instilled in us by our parents and nurtured through our experiences in life. We, Shiva Karan and Gita Kritika Singh, are not just a husband and wife duo; we are partners in a mission to make a meaningful impact in the world. And it begins for us in Fiji- where our roots lie.
We understand the transformative power of giving back thanks to our upbringing that had humility, compassion, and service to others as its cornerstones. We believe that true greatness is found in the act of serving others- consequently, our hearts have always been drawn to those in need.
Shiva’s parents were pillars of service in their community. Their loss made it clear to us the need to carry forward their legacy. We wanted to start in Fiji, driven by a desire to give back to the country that shaped us, and chose to focus our efforts on children with disabilities. These children, who face unimaginable challenges, deserve our compassion and most importantly, our action.
Our belief in empowering those who are most vulnerable amongst us aligns strongly with the goal of the Frank Hilton Organization (FHO). We began our journey by using music, a powerful medium of connection and expression, to raise awareness and funds. But our purpose extends far beyond that. We envision a world where every child with a disability is given the opportunity to thrive, to be included, and to live a life of dignity and purpose.
Our purpose is simple yet profound: to serve, uplift, and empower. We are dedicated to raising awareness, mobilising resources, and creating opportunities for children with disabilities in Fiji through our non-profit organisation in Australia. Though we balance our charity work with our day jobs, our commitment is unwavering. We will tirelessly work to support the Hilton Home, ensuring that these children receive the care, education, and support they need to reach their full potential.
Our every action is guided by an attitude of gratitude. We recognise that in serving others, we ourselves are transformed. We are ordinary people with an extraordinary purpose: to make a difference, one child at a time.

Vision

Our vision is to create a world where every child with a disability is empowered to live a life of dignity, purpose, and full participation in society. We are committed to building an inclusive community where children with disabilities in Fiji have access to the care, education, and support they need to thrive.
